Allotment 1.1 The Council agrees to let and the Tenant agrees to take the Allotment Garden (‘the Allotment’) situated at Aston Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Council Allotment Gardens and referenced as Allotment plot «Plot_Number_» and Footpath Number «Footpath_Number» and shared footpath number
PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ALLOTTEE/ SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment/ Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottee of the Apartment/ Plot, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment/ Plot for all intents and purposes.
JOINT ALLOTTEES That in case there are Joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by the Promoter to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the Allottees.
Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be. Where the anniversary date of an initial appointment falls between January 1 and June 30, the date of the increment increase will be April 1, and where between July 1 and December 31, the date of the increment increase will be October 1.
Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years.
Parking Fees The University will allow faculty who complete the necessary forms to receive one (1) parking decal at no cost, and have the cost of additional parking decal fees deducted from their payroll check on a pre-tax basis.

Class Size The School shall be in compliance with Florida Constitutional Class Size Requirements, as applicable to charter schools.
Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.
SALARIES AND INCREMENTS 3801 Nurses shall be paid in accordance with the salary schedule as outlined in Appendix "A", forming part of the Agreement. 3802 "Basic or Regular Salary or Pay" shall mean the rates of pay shown in Appendix "A" (Salaries) and Appendix "B" (Academic Allowances).
