Percentage in Lieu of Benefits. All categories of part-time employees shall be eligible for twelve percent (12%) of their regular hourly rate of pay in lieu of all fringe benefits contained in articles 11.2, 11.3, 13, and 24 of the collective agreement. Part-time employees who are enrolled in OMERS shall have the foregoing percent in lieu of benefits set at eight percent (8%). (2009)
