Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.
Method of Performing Services Contractor will determine the method, details, and means of performing the above-described services including measures to protect the safety of the traveling public and Contractor’s employees. County shall not have the right to, and shall not, control the manner or determine the method of accomplishing Contractor’s services.
Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.
Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.
