Actual Service. For the purpose of determining sick leave earned, the term "actual service" shall mean the number of days actually worked on the job; provided, however, that absence from work due to sick leave with pay, annual leave with pay, injury or illness incurred in the City service and absence on temporary military duty shall be deemed actual service.

Xxxx leave with pay, vacation with pay, injury or illness incurred in the County Service during the period the employee is receiving compensation from the County and absence on temporary military duty or Union leave shall be considered time worked for the purposes of determining actual service.
Actual Service. To determine the year in which a limited contract expires for the purpose of evaluating members of the bargaining unit as required by Section 3319.111 of the Revised Code, and for the determination of salary specified in part D above actual service of ninety-two (92) or more days in a school year in which a member was placed on an unpaid leave of absence shall be counted as a year in the term of such member’s limited contract and shall entitle the member to an additional experience increment on the salary schedule. Actual service shall include all days for which the member was paid.
Actual Service. DISTRICT agrees to pay the PROVIDER for educational services provided in compliance with the PROVIDER’S state-approved application. PROVIDER may not charge DISTRICT for students who do not attend tutoring session as scheduled. Services beyond the Supplemental Educational Services consistent with the state approved application, including, but not limited to, assessing students, development of Student Learning Plan (SLP), homework help, transportation and/or provision of facilities, are not eligible to be invoiced by the PROVIDER and will not be paid by DISTRICT.
