Mechanical Breakdown. When there is a mechanical failure on the part of the Employer, and the Waste Truck Drivers and the Waste Collectors are required to work in excess of ten (10) hours, overtime will be provided.

Mechanical Breakdown. In the event that the Operator and/or Supplier have a major breakdown at their operating sites, Operator and/or Supplier are temporarily relieved of their obligations under this Agreement until the repairs to the facility have been completed. Operator and/or Supplier shall notify the other party of the breakdown within forty-eight (48) hours and give an estimated time for repairs. The Agreement shall be back in full force and effect the day after the repairs are completed. Best efforts must be exercised by Operator and/or Supplier towards resolutions of any such problems, and the efforts to repair must be accomplished in a timely fashion.
Mechanical Breakdown. When employees are made idle by a mechanical breakdown or by any other cause, and such employees are requested to remain at their posts or at the plant, they shall be paid their regular hourly rate. Pieceworkers affected by similar circumstances shall be compensated at the hourly rate for time so lost. However, if a disruption, mechanical or otherwise, is going to be longer than one half hour, the Employer shall have the prerogative of requesting that employees leave their post or the plant, but to return at a specific time so as to complete the regularly scheduled shift. Employees shall have the option of whether or not they wish to return to work in these circumstances, and in the event they choose to exercise this option, they shall only be paid for time so worked. When the Employer requires employees to work through their coffee break and then sends the employees home for the balance of the shift, the employees shall be paid for break period they missed. The Employer may at its discretion reschedule lunch and coffee breaks during a mechanical breakdown.

Mechanical Breakdown. We" do not pay for loss or damage caused by mechanical breakdown or rupturing or bursting of moving parts of machinery caused by centrifugal force. However, "we" do pay for any resulting breakage of building glass or loss caused by a "specified peril". This exclusion does not apply to "hardware".
Mechanical Breakdown. We" do not pay for loss or damage caused by or resulting from mechanical or electrical breakdown or failure of the property including, but not limited to, rupture or bursting by centrifugal force. But if mechanical breakdown results in a covered peril, "we" do cover the loss or damage caused by that covered peril.

In the event of a Mechanical Breakdown of a covered component listed in this Formula Guard Agreement booklet, the Agreement provides for the reimbursement of the cost of a Service Assist to include: on-water towing, hoist/lift-out, haul-out, dockside repair call, pick-up/delivery or like services if necessary in order to perform the covered repair. Reimbursement will be for up to a maximum of one (1) hour of the posted shop labor rate not to exceed $125 per claim occurrence and must be performed by an OEM authorized marine repair facility. Only one Service Assist can be applied per claim occurrence and Service Assist is not subject to a Deductible. The Service Assist benefit begins on the delivery date of your Watercraft and can be utilized during the OEM’s warranty period. See Reimbursement section on page 8 for specific reimbursement details on all approved claims categories.
