Perinatal Practice Guidelines. Perinatal programs shall comply with the Perinatal Practice Guidelines until such time new Perinatal Practice Guidelines are established and adopted. All Contractors that serve women and who receive SABG funds shall provide preference to pregnant women and shall publicize the availability of such services and that preference is given to such women. Perinatal Practice Guidelines. The following items are requirements for providers who are providing perinatal services:
Perinatal Practice Guidelines. County shall comply with the perinatal program requirements as outlined in the Perinatal Practice Guidelines as listed online: xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx.xxx/Documents/ CSD_ KS/CSD%20Perinatal %20Services /Perinatal-Practice- Guidelines.pdf. The County shall comply with the current version of these guidelines until new Perinatal Practice Guidelines are established and adopted. County must adhere to the Perinatal Practice Guidelines, regardless of whether the County exchanges perinatal funds for additional discretionary funds.
Perinatal Practice Guidelines. Perinatal programs shall comply with the perinatal program requirements as outlined in the DHCS Perinatal Practice Guidelines. The Contractor shall comply with the current version of these guidelines until new Perinatal Practice Guidelines are established and adopted.   • Practice Guidelines 37.1. CONTRACTOR shall adopt practice guidelines (or adopt COUNTY’S practice guidelines) that meet the following requirements:

  • Hot Weather Guidelines For the purposes of site based discussions regarding the need to plan and perform work during expected periods of hot weather, the following issues shall be considered in conjunction with proper consideration of Occupational Health and Safety issues.

  • Personnel Practices Section 1. The parties agree to establish a Labor-Management Committee to consult on personnel practices. The Committee will consist of five (5) representatives selected by the County and five (5) representatives by the SEIU Local 721. The Chief Executive Officer will designate a representative from CEO/Employee Relations and Department of Human Resources who have authority to resolve issues. The Committee will meet quarterly and consult on County-wide personnel practices including, but not limited to, performance evaluations, appraisals of promotability, grievance, arbitration, appeal processes, and resolution and payment of awards.
