Period of Continuous Alignment-Eligibility. ‌ The Period of Continuous Alignment-Eligibility for a Beneficiary consists of all consecutive months of a calendar year, beginning with January, during which a beneficiary was alignment-eligible. A beneficiary is alignment-eligible in a calendar month if: (1) The beneficiary is enrolled in Part A and Part B of Medicare; (2) The beneficiary is not enrolled in a Medicare Advantage or other Medicare managed care plan; (3) Medicare is not the secondary payer; and (4) The beneficiary is a resident of the United States.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14. Time is of the essence in performance of this Contract. There will be no obligation established between Authority and the Consultant for performance of the Services until Authority provides the Consultant execution of this Contract and receipt by the Authority of appropriate Certificates of Insurance and other documentation as may be required herein. The term of this Contract (“Term”) shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the first to occur of the following: (1) the Deadline, as the same may have been extended by the Authority, (2) the date on which, in the opinion of Authority, all of the Services have been rendered, (3) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Authority pursuant to Section 14, or (4) the date on which this Contract is terminated by the Consultant pursuant to Section 14.

  • Dependent Eligibility To be eligible to enroll as a Covered Dependent, a person must be:

  • Client Eligibility Client eligibility and service referral are the responsibility of DDA under chapter 388- 823 WAC (Eligibility) and chapter 388-825 WAC (Service Rules). Only persons referred by DDA shall be eligible for direct Client services under this Program Agreement. It is DDA’s responsibility to determine and authorize the appropriate direct service(s) type. Direct Client services provided without authorization are not reimbursable under this Program Agreement.

  • Calculation of Continuous Service For the purposes of this clause service shall be deemed to be continuous notwithstanding:

The initiative allows an institution to determine when a student is ready to perform college‐level coursework. High School students who seek to register in a dual credit course, which will grant college credit must prove “college readiness” by achieving a college level score as outlined in Appendix A.
