Period of Payment. (a) Advance payment to the Consultants shall be affected within the period specified in the SC, after signing of the Contract Agreement between the Parties. (b) Any other amount due to the Consultants shall be paid by the Client to the Consultants within twenty-eight (28) days in case of local currency and fifty six (56) days in case of foreign currency after the Consultants' invoice has been delivered to the Client.
