Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. On termination of employment, wages due to an employee shall be paid on the day of termination or forwarded to the employee by post on the next working day.
Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. On termination of employment, wages due to an employee must be paid 48 hours after clearance of employment procedures have been completed. Clearance of employment procedures must be completed no later than one week following an employee's termination of employment. Provided that where the agreement is sought of the employee or their representative, which may include a union representative the 48 hour period may be extended to 5 working days.
Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. On termination of employment, wages due to an employee will be paid by electronic funds transfer on the day of termination or forwarded to the employee by registered mail on the next working day.
Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. On termination of employment, any monies due to an employee must be paid within 7 (7) working days of the termination.
Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. The Employer must pay an Employee no later than 7 days after the day on which the Employee’s employment terminates:
a) the Employee’s wages under this Agreement for any complete or incomplete pay period up to the end of the day of termination; and
b) all other amounts that are due to the Employee under this Agreement and the NES.
Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. (a) Payment of the following will be made no later than 7 days after the day on which the employee’s employment terminates:
i. the employee's wages under this Agreement for any complete or incomplete pay period up to the end of the day of termination; and
ii. all other amounts that are due to the employee under this Agreement and the NES.
(b) The requirement to pay wages and other amounts under paragraph (a) is subject to any order of the Commission and deductions made by the employer which are authorised by this Agreement or the FW Act.
Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. 14.3.1 On termination of employment, wages will be paid within 2 business days. Documentation shall be posted immediately thereafter.
14.3.2 Termination pay will include: Payment for hours worked; Payment for annual leave accrual; Payment of long service leave accrual, if the employee has worked 7 consecutive years; and If applicable payment in lieu of notice.
Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. 15.3.1 On termination of employment, wages will be paid within three working days.
15.3.2 Termination pay will include:
a). Payment for hours worked b). Payment for annual leave accrual including leave loading c). Payment of long service leave accrual, if the employee has worked 7 consecutive years and is based on the following:
i). The employee's service is terminated by their death
ii). The employee terminates their service because of their illness or incapacity or because of a domestic or other pressing necessity
iii). The employer dismisses the employee for a reason other than the employee's conduct, capacity or performance; or
iv). The employer unfairly dismisses the employee.
Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. 21.23.1 Upon termination of employment, wages due to an Employee will be paid on the day of such termination.
21.23.2 In the case of an Employee who is paid average pay and who has not taken the day off due during the work cycle in which employment is determined, the wages due to the Employee will include the total of credits accrued during the work cycle.
21.23.3 However, where the Employee has taken a day off during the work cycle in which employment is determined, the wages due to that Employee will be reduced by the total of credits which have not accrued during the cycle.
Payment of Wages on Termination of Employment. Employees whose employment is terminated will be entitled to receive all wages due the same evening, provided that all Company property has been returned. If the termination takes place after 5.00pm or on a day when the offices of the Company are closed, the money due will be forwarded to the employee on the following working day.
