Period of Protection. Employees who have been granted leave of absence with the approval of the Employer under clause 36.01 and who return to work within twelve (12) months will have their position protected. Employees who are granted leave in accordance with this Article for periods in excess of twelve (12) months will have their position protected for the extended period if mutually agreed by the Employer and the employee.
Period of Protection. The duration period noted on your schedule, either monthly or annually, as determined by you depending on your preference for payment. Reference number – used to locate your details for your membership. This is located on your service agreement.
Period of Protection. Recipient agrees that upon the Effective Date of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure or termination of this Agreement, whichever is later (and in perpetuity with respect to source code and trade secrets), it will hold the Confidential Information disclosed by Discloser in confidence. Restrictions on Disclosure. Recipient and its Representatives shall not disseminate, disclose or otherwise provide or make available the Discloser’s Confidential Information, or any portion or copy thereof, to any third party, or use the Confidential Information or portion thereof for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement or otherwise in connection with preforming its obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement. Disclosure of the Confidential Information will be restricted to the Recipient’s Representatives on a “need to know” basis and who are bound by confidentiality obligations no less stringent than these prior to any disclosure. Recipient shall be responsible for any breach of this Section caused by its Representatives and the acts or omissions of its Representatives in connection with Discloser’s Confidential Information. All Confidential Information that is disclosed in a tangible form by Discloser to Recipient under this Agreement (including, without limitation, documents, writings, designs, drawings, specifications and information incorporated in computer software or held in electronic storage media) shall be returned to Discloser or destroyed promptly upon the termination of this Agreement or upon written request by Discloser, and shall not thereafter be retained in any form by Recipient, except as otherwise provided by this Agreement. Upon request of the Discloser, a duly authorized officer of the Recipient will certify such return or destruction.
Period of Protection. Program protection begins on the date of City Acceptance shown in this agreement and it continues as long as you make timely Program payments. Your participation in the Program may be cancelled without notice if a Program payment is thirty-six (36) days past due. If your participation in the Program ceases for any reason, you may re-enroll subject to the Program eligibility requirements and payment of a service charge of $50.00. Participation in the Program is voluntary and failure to make Program payments will not affect continuation of your utility services.
Period of Protection. Employees who have been granted leave in accordance with Articles 16, 18, 21 and 22 will have their positions protected for the period of the approved leave up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) consecutive months unless the position is abolished. Where the position has been abolished the em- ployee’s classification and salary will be protected for the pe- riod of the approved leave.
Period of Protection. The period of protection during which Confidential Information received pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to an obligation of confidentiality and protection is five (5) years from the date of first receipt of the Confidential Information.

Except for with respect to the financial terms of this Agreement, for which the confidentiality obligations of the parties will survive indefinitely, the obligations of the parties under this Section 3 will survive for a period of five (5) years after disclosure to Brand Influencer by Company of the relevant item of Confidential Information.
Period of Protection. An employee’s position as defined in 20.01, will be protected for the total period of her/his maternity/adoption/parental leave.
Period of Protection. This Contract’s protection will commence on the Start Date of Cover appearing on the Contract Schedule. This Contract will provide cover for Protected Journeys that are: • Booked after; or • Commenced after; the Start Date of Cover appearing on the Contract Schedule. until the earlier of the date the Participant returns from his Protected Journey or the expiration date shown on the Contract Schedule. This Policy will run until cancellation or the expiration date shown on the Contract Schedule, or if earlier the date the Participant returns from his covered Journey. For Annual multi-trip plans, cover will terminate on the Participant’s return to the Point of Departure and recommence on his next covered Journey. The maximum period for any covered Journey is restricted to 90 days for single trip policies and Annual multi-trip plans. This Contract cannot be cancelled following the Start Date of Cover.
