Periodic Reviews. 45.1.1 From time to time Health and the Service Provider will review the Service Level Measures and Performance Standards and make adjustments to them as appropriate to reflect: (a) the Outcomes; and (b) improved performance capabilities, and, in doing so, may consider any available benchmarking reports or other market information available to Health or the Service Provider.
