Common use of Permanent Care Leave Clause in Contracts

Permanent Care Leave. An Employee will be entitled to access parental leave in accordance with this clause at a time agreed with the Employer if they: are granted a permanent care order in relation to the custody or guardianship of a Child pursuant to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic) (or any successor to the legislation) or a permanent parenting order by the Family Court of Australia, and will be the Primary or Secondary Caregiver for that Child.

Permanent Care Leave. An Employee will be entitled to access parental leave in accordance with this clause at a time agreed with the Employer if they: : a) are granted a permanent care order in relation to the custody or guardianship of a Child pursuant to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic) (as amended from time to time or any successor to the legislationsucceeded) or a permanent parenting order by the Family Court of Australia, and ; and b) will be the Primary or Secondary Caregiver for that Child.

Permanent Care Leave. An Employee will be entitled to access parental leave in accordance with this clause at a time agreed with the Employer Library if they: • are granted a permanent care order in relation to the custody or guardianship of a Child pursuant to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic) (or any successor to the legislation) or a permanent parenting order by the Family Court of Australia, and • will be the Primary or Secondary Caregiver for that Child.

An Employee employee will be entitled to access parental leave in accordance with this clause at a time agreed with the Employer employer if they: : a) are granted a permanent care order in relation to the custody or guardianship of a Child child pursuant to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic) (or any successor to the legislation) or a permanent parenting order by the Family Court of Australia, and and b) will be the Primary primary or Secondary Caregiver secondary caregiver for that Childchild.

An Employee will be entitled to access parental leave in accordance with this clause at a time agreed with the Employer if they: they are granted a permanent care order in relation to the custody or guardianship of a Child pursuant to the Children, Youth Young Persons and Their Families Act 2005 1997 (VicTas) (or any successor to the legislation) or a permanent parenting order by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Australia and will be the Primary or Secondary Caregiver for that Childchild, subject to the eligibility requirements contained in clause 17.13.

Permanent Care Leave.
