Permanent Shifts. i) The Hospital will consider requests for permanent shifts other than the day shift on an individual basis. Scheduling for such shifts will be in accordance with article I and article J. ii) The Hospital may assign the Employee to the day shift from time to time for training, development, reorientation, or evaluation. Permanent shift agreements will not be terminated unreasonably.
