Permanent Shifts. i) Consideration will be given by the Hospital to an employee who requests to work evening or night shifts on a permanent basis. The request and the Hospital’s response will be in writing. Termination of this arrangement, by either the Hospital or employee, can occur with notice of two weeks plus one complete scheduling period.
