Permissible Payment Transactions. Licensee may only use the Services to process a Payment Transaction for products and services that are purchased from a business through a legitimate, bona fide sale of the products and services. The Services may not be used to process a Payment Transaction, or otherwise transfer money between Licensee and a business, that is unrelated to a purchase of a product or service. The Services may not be used to receive cash advances from anyone or to facilitate the purchase of cash equivalents (prepaid cards, money orders, gift certificates, etc.). Licensee may not use the Services to process Payment Transactions in connection with the sale or exchange of any illegal products or services or any other underlying illegal transaction. Licensee agrees that it will not use the Services to process Payment Transactions for any products or services that violate this Agreement, the Rules, or applicable law. Failure to comply with these limitations may result in suspension or termination of the Services.

Permissible Payment Transactions. Merchant may only use the Service to process a Payment Transaction for a Product that is purchased by a Buyer through a legitimate, bona fide sale of the Product. The Service may not be used to process a Payment Transaction for Merchant, or otherwise transfer money between a Buyer and Merchant, that does not directly result from a Buyer's purchase of a Product. Merchant may not use the Service to provide cash advances to Buyers or to facilitate the purchase by Buyers of cash equivalents (e.g., travelers checks, prepaid cards, money orders); provided however, that Merchant may use the Service to facilitate the purchase by Buyers of a gift certificate or stored value card as permitted by the Policies. KingsPay may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation individual or aggregate transaction limits on the dollar amount or number of Payment Transactions during one or more specified time periods. Merchant may not use the Service to process Payment Transactions in connection with an illegal transaction or the sale or exchange of any illegal or prohibited goods or services, including without limitation prohibited Products as set forth in the Content Policies.

You may not use the Processing Service to purchase any illegal goods or services or for any other underlying illegal transaction. You agree that you will not use the Processing Service to purchase any Products that violate these Terms of Service, other policies or rules applicable to the Processing Service, or Applicable Law. The current policy that establishes the Products and other transactions that may not be paid for with the Processing Service is provided here. Failure to comply with these limitations may result in suspension or termination of your use of the Processing Service. Additional terms may apply for the use of the Android Pay, Virtual Card, the Android Pay Online Cards, and the Google Wallet Card, as described below.

The Customer shall not use the Service to process Payment Transactions for any Products that violate these Terms and Conditions of Service, other policies or rules applicable to the Service, or applicable law. The current policy that establishes the Products and other transactions that may not be paid for with the Service include: 1) Firearms 2) Alcohol 3) Explosives 4) Pornography materials and services of any kind whatsoever 5) Live animals 6) Banned / illegal drugs or other controlled substances 7) Fireworks or pyrotechnic devices or supplies 8) Hazardous materials, combustibles, corrosives 9) Web site access and / or web site memberships of pornography or illegal sites. 10) Gambling transactions. Failure to comply with these limitations may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

  • Split Transactions You can instruct a merchant to charge your Card for part of a purchase and pay any remaining amount with cash or another card. This is called a “split transaction.” Some merchants do not permit split transactions. If you wish to conduct a split transaction, you must tell the merchant the exact amount you would like charged to your Card. If you fail to inform the merchant you would like to complete a split transaction and you do not have sufficient available funds in your Account to cover the entire purchase amount, your Card is likely to be declined.

  • SUBSEQUENT TRANSFERS (a) Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in paragraph (b) below and pursuant to the terms of each Subsequent Transfer Agreement, in consideration of the Trustee’s delivery, on behalf of the Trust, on the related Subsequent Transfer Date to or upon the order of the Seller of the purchase price therefor, the Seller shall on any Subsequent Transfer Date sell, transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey without recourse to the Depositor and the Depositor shall sell, transfer, assign, set over and otherwise convey without recourse to the Trust, all right, title and interest of the Seller and Depositor, as applicable, in and to each Subsequent Mortgage Loan transferred pursuant to such Subsequent Transfer Agreement, including (i) the related Principal Balance as of the related Cut-Off Date after giving effect to payments of principal due on or before the Cut-Off Date; (ii) all collections in respect of interest and principal received after the related Cut-Off Date (other than principal and interest due on or before such Cut-off Date); (iii) property which secured such Subsequent Mortgage Loan and which has been acquired by foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure; (iv) its interest in any insurance policies in respect of such Subsequent Mortgage Loan; and (v) all proceeds of any of the foregoing. The transfer by the Seller to the Depositor and by the Depositor to the Trust of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans set forth on the Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule shall be absolute and shall be intended by the Seller, the Depositor and all parties hereto to be treated as a sale by the Seller to the Depositor and as a sale by the Depositor to the Trust. If the assignment and transfer of the Mortgage Loans and the other property specified in this Section 2.13 from the Seller to the Depositor and by the Depositor to the Trust pursuant to this Agreement is held or deemed not to be a sale or is held or deemed to be a pledge of security for a loan, both the Seller and the Depositor intend that the rights and obligations of the parties shall be established pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and that, in such event, (i) the Seller shall be deemed to have granted and does hereby grant to the Depositor and the Depositor shall be deemed to have granted and does hereby grant to the Trust as of such Subsequent Transfer Date a first priority security interest in the entire right, title and interest of the Seller and of the Depositor in and to the Subsequent Mortgage Loans and all other property conveyed to the Trust pursuant to this Section 2.13 and all proceeds thereof and (ii) this Agreement shall constitute a security agreement under applicable law. The purchase price shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the Principal Balances of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the related Cut-Off Date. On or before each Subsequent Transfer Date, the Seller shall deliver to, and deposit with the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee, the Related Documents with respect to each Subsequent Mortgage Loan transferred on such Subsequent Transfer Date, and the related Subsequent Mortgage Loan Schedule in computer readable format with respect to such Subsequent Mortgage Loans.

  • PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ALLOTTEE/ SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment/ Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottee of the Apartment/ Plot, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment/ Plot for all intents and purposes.
