Project Management Support. The Contractor shall provide Project Management Support services to advise and support the development of sound policy-based, programmatic, financial, and operational decisions. The key services to be provided include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
Project Management Support. Dominion will provide Project management support to oversee the general operations of the Project through the Agreement Term. The Project manager is responsible for arranging all meetings, visits and consultations between the parties and for all administrative matters such as invoices, payments and amendments. The Parties shall develop and finalize a Project implementation plan including a training and delivery schedule. The Parties agree that during the course of the implementation, changes to the Project schedule may be required. Any changes to the Project schedule must be mutually agreed to by both Parties and such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Project Management Support. Provision of financial and technical support to agencies involved in Project implementation and monitoring and evaluation, including:
1. In relation to Project financial and procurement management, Project technical and financial audits, and Project monitoring and evaluation;
2. Incremental operating costs associated with Project implementation; and
3. Vehicle for logistics of Project implementation. The Project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2009.
Project Management Support. Providing overall support to the Project management.

1. The table attached to this Schedule sets forth the Categories of items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of the Grant proceeds to each such Category (“Table”). (Reference to “Category” in this Schedule is to a Category or Subcategory of the Table.)
Project Management Support. This component will assist in various aspects of project implementation, including, but not limited to, (i) project supervision and capacity building in integrated ecosystem and water resources management; (ii) institutional/training development; (iii) water resources planning;
Project Management Support. Licensee will provide project management services for Currently Pending Projects (as defined below) at no additional charge. As used in this Section 3.2, "Currently Pending Projects" means any technical upgrades, moves, changes, and removals for the WCN Assets that are approved by the Port and Licensee and are in process as of February 1, 2024. Project management services include working cooperatively with the Port and any applicable Sublicensee to evaluate, provide cost estimates for, and manage technical upgrades, moves, changes, and removals related to the WCN Assets including Retained Assets. For any projects that are not Currently Pending Projects that the Port and Licensee agree will be evaluated, scoped, quoted, and/or managed by Licensee during the Extended Term and any Additional Extended Term, Licensee will be paid a fee in an amount to be agreed-upon in advance by the Port and Licensee for every such new project by amendment to this agreement.
Project Management Support. The Professional shall provide one engineer-in-training (“EIT”) for an average of 5 hours per week for 12 months. The EIT shall assist the project manager on the tasks listed above.
Project Management Support. This Part will support Project management-related costs and develop the capacity of Project staff in the identification, evaluation and implementation of climate resilience and emissions mitigation options. Specifically, the allocated funds will broadly cover the cost of: (i) consulting services; (ii) incremental operating costs; and (iii) training for Project management staff. Financing support under this Part will cater to all aspects of Project management including but not limited to recruitment and staff training on procurement and financial management, the environmental and social safeguards implementation and compliance, monitoring and evaluation, communication and knowledge management. In all the proposed training for Project staff, provisions will be made to integrate climate resilience and mitigation management.
