Permitted and Prohibited Purposes. The Parties agree that any data Contributed to or held or maintained in the SHIN-NY Platforms may be used and disclosed by Designated HIN, other HINs, Participant, other SHIN-NY participants, Other Networks and participants of such Other Networks and the vendors and service providers of the foregoing, and the agents with authority to act on behalf of the foregoing, in each case, only for Permitted Purposes and in accordance with this SCPA, the SHIN-NY SOPs and applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, such requirement shall apply regardless of whether the SHIN-NY Data is to be used for the provision of State-Funded Participant Services or Value-Added Services.

  • Permitted Purpose Recipient shall have the right to, and agrees that it will, use Discloser’s Confidential Information solely for the Purpose as described in the License Agreement, except as may be otherwise specified in a separate definitive written agreement negotiated and executed between the parties.

  • Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition. 1.2. User shall not publish, retransmit, display, redistribute, reproduce or commercially exploit the Data in any form, except that User may include limited excerpts from the Data in articles, reports and other documents describing the results of User’s linguistic education and research.

  • Business Purposes The Loan is solely for the business purpose of Borrower, and is not for personal, family, household, or agricultural purposes.

We cannot directly add or remove coverage for you or your family members.

  • Sole Purpose The Borrower has been formed solely for the purpose of engaging in transactions of the types contemplated by this Agreement, and has not engaged in any business activity other than the negotiation, execution and to the extent applicable, performance of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.
