Common use of Permitted Use Clause in Contracts

Permitted Use. (a) Lessee shall use and occupy the Premises only for the Permitted Use set forth in Paragraph 1.8, or any other legal use which is reasonably comparable thereto, and for no other purpose. Lessee shall not use or permit the use of the Premises in a manner that is unlawful, creates waste or a nuisance, or that disturbs owners and/or occupants of, or causes damage to the Premises or neighboring premises or properties. (b) Lessor hereby agrees to not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to any written request by Lessee, Lessee's assignees or subtenants, and by prospective assignees and subtenants of Lessee, its assignees and subtenants, for a modification of said Permitted Use, so long as the same will not impair the structural integrity of the improvements on the Premises or in the Building or the mechanical or electrical systems therein, does not conflict with uses by other lessees, is not significantly more burdensome to the Premises or the Building and the improvements thereon, and is otherwise permissible pursuant to this Paragraph 6. If Lessor elects to withhold such consent, Lessor shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's reasonable objections to the change in use.

Permitted Use. (b) Lessor Landlord hereby agrees to not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to any written request by LesseeTenant, Lessee's Tenant’s assignees or subtenants, and by prospective assignees and subtenants of LesseeTenant, its assignees and subtenants, for a modification of said Permitted Use, so long as the same will not impair the structural integrity of the improvements on the Premises or in the Building or the mechanical or electrical systems therein, does not conflict with uses by other lesseesTenants, is not significantly more burdensome to the Premises or the Building and the improvements thereon, and is otherwise permissible pursuant to this Paragraph 6. If Lessor Landlord elects to withhold such consent, Lessor Landlord shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's Landlord’s reasonable objections to the change in use.

If Lessor Landlord elects to withhold such consent, Lessor Landlord shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's Landlord’s reasonable objections to the change in use.

(b) Lessor hereby agrees to not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to any written request by Lessee, Lessee's assignees or subtenants, and by prospective assignees and subtenants of Lessee, its assignees and subtenants, for a modification of said Permitted Use, so long as the same will not impair the structural integrity of the improvements on the Premises or in the Building or the mechanical or electrical systems therein, does not conflict with uses by other lessees, is not significantly more burdensome to the Premises or the Building and the improvements thereon, and is otherwise permissible pursuant to this Paragraph 6. If Lessor elects to withhold such consent, Lessor shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's reasonable objections to the change in use.

(b) Lessor Landlord hereby agrees to not unreasonably withhold withhold, condition or delay its consent to any written request by LesseeTenant, Lessee's Tenant’s assignees or subtenants, and by prospective assignees and subtenants of LesseeTenant, its assignees and subtenants, for a modification of said Permitted Use, so long as the same will not impair the structural integrity of the improvements on the Premises or in the Building or the mechanical or electrical systems therein, does not conflict with uses by other lesseesTenants, is not significantly more burdensome to the Premises or the Building and the improvements Improvements thereon, and is otherwise permissible pursuant to this Paragraph 6. If Lessor Landlord elects to withhold such consent, Lessor Landlord shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's Landlord’s reasonable objections to the change in use.

(b) Lessor Landlord hereby agrees to not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to any written request by LesseeTenant, LesseeTenant's assignees or subtenants, and by prospective assignees and subtenants of LesseeTenant, its assignees and subtenants, for a modification of said Permitted Use, Use so long as the same will not impair the structural integrity of the improvements on the Premises or in the Building or the mechanical or electrical systems therein, does not conflict with uses by other lesseestenants, is not significantly more burdensome to the Premises or the Building and the improvements thereon, and is otherwise permissible pursuant to Applicable Laws and pursuant to this Paragraph Section 6. If Lessor Landlord elects to withhold such consent, Lessor Landlord shall within five (5) * business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of LessorLandlord's reasonable objections to the change in use.

(b) Lessor hereby agrees to not unreasonably unreasonable withhold or delay its consent to any written request by Lessee, Lessee's assignees or subtenants, and by prospective assignees and subtenants of Lessee, its assignees and subtenants, for a modification of said Permitted Use, so long as the same will not impair the structural integrity of the improvements on the Premises or in the Building or the mechanical or electrical systems therein, does not conflict with uses by other lessees, is not significantly more burdensome to the Premises or the Building and the improvements thereon, and is otherwise permissible pursuant to this Paragraph 6. If Lessor elects to withhold such consent, Lessor shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's reasonable objections to the change in use.

Permitted Use. (a) Lessee shall use and occupy the Premises only for the Permitted Use set forth in In Paragraph 1.8, or any other legal use which is reasonably comparable thereto, and for no other purpose. Lessee shall not use or permit the use of the Premises in a manner that is unlawful, creates waste or a nuisance, or that disturbs owners and/or occupants of, or causes damage to the Premises or or, neighboring premises or properties. (b) Lessor hereby agrees to not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to any written request by Lessee, Lessee's assignees or subtenants, and by prospective assignees and subtenants of Lessee, its assignees and subtenants, for a modification of said Permitted Use, so long as the same will not impair the structural integrity of the improvements on the Premises or in the Building or the mechanical or electrical systems therein, does not conflict with uses by other lessees, is not significantly more burdensome to the Premises or the Building and the improvements thereon, and is otherwise permissible pursuant to this Paragraph 6. If Lessor elects to withhold such consent, Lessor shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's reasonable objections to the change in use.

If Lessor elects to withhold such consent, Lessor shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's reasonable objections to the change in use. Lessor's concerns regarding the impact on parking or other tenant's enjoyment of the Industrial Center due to the proposed modification of said Permitted Use shall be reasonable grounds for Lessor's denial of said change.

Permitted Use. (a) Lessee shall use and occupy the Premises only for the Permitted Use set forth in Paragraph 1.8, or any other legal use which is reasonably comparable thereto, and for no other purpose. Lessee shall not use or permit the use of the Premises in a manner that is unlawful, creates waste or a nuisance, or nuisance that disturbs owners and/or occupants of, or causes damage to the Premises or neighboring premises or properties. If Lessor elects to withhold such consent, Lessor shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's reasonable objections to the change in use.

(b) Lessor hereby agrees to not unreasonably withhold or delay its written consent to any written request by Lessee, Lessee's ’s assignees or subtenantssublessees, and by prospective assignees and subtenants sublessees of Lessee, its assignees and subtenantssublessees, for a modification of said Permitted Use, so long as the same will not impair the structural integrity of the improvements on the Premises or in the Building or the mechanical or electrical systems therein, does not conflict with exclusive uses by granted other lesseeslessees under leases presently in full force and effect, is not significantly more burdensome to the Premises or the Building and the improvements thereon, and is otherwise permissible pursuant to this Paragraph 6. If Lessor elects to withhold such consent, Lessor shall within five (5) business days after such request give a written notification of same, which notice shall include an explanation of Lessor's ’s reasonable objections to the change in use.

Permitted Use. (a) Lessee shall use and occupy the Premises only for the Permitted Use set forth in Paragraph 1.8, or any other legal use which is reasonably comparable thereto, and for no other purpose. Lessee shall not use or permit the use of the Premises in a manner that is unlawful, creates waste or a nuisance, or that disturbs owners and/or occupants of, or causes damage to the Premises or neighboring premises or properties.
