Personal Day All employees shall receive a personal day in each contract year. This personal day is in addition to the holidays listed in paragraph 3 above. The personal day shall be scheduled in accordance with the following provision: Employees may select such day off on five (5) days notice to the Employer provided such selection does not result in a reduction of employees in the building below 75% of the normal work staff. Such selection shall be made in accordance with seniority.
Personal Data Breaches 5.7.1 The Data Processor shall give immediate notice to the Data Controller if a breach occurs, that can lead to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed re the Personal Data processed on behalf of the Data Controller (a “Personal Data Breach”).
Personal Data Breach 7.1 Processor shall notify Company without undue delay upon Processor becoming aware of a Personal Data Breach affecting Company Personal Data, providing Company with sufficient information to allow the Company to meet any obligations to report or inform Data Subjects of the Personal Data Breach under the Data Protection Laws.
Personal Duties The Employer and the Union agree that an employee will not be required to perform work not related to the business of the Employer. To this end, it is agreed that an employee will not be required to perform duties of a personal nature for supervisory personnel.
Personal Harassment (a) The Employer and the Union recognize the right of employees to work in an environment free from personal harassment and agree that employees who engage in personal harassment may be disciplined.
Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.
DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
Personal Data Breach Notification SAP will notify Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of any Personal Data Breach and provide reasonable information in its possession to assist Customer to meet Customer’s obligations to report a Personal Data Breach as required under Data Protection Law. SAP may provide such information in phases as it becomes available. Such notification shall not be interpreted or construed as an admission of fault or liability by SAP.
