Personal Leave Procedures. a. Certificated personnel requesting Personal Leave shall use the approved method, except in cases of an emergency, in which case it shall be reported as soon as possible. b. Except as otherwise required above, staff members are not required to state a reason for the use of such leave. Staff members certify that the use of Personal Leave was not for a prohibited purpose through the electronic reporting system. Falsification of the Personal Leave Form is grounds for disciplinary action.
