Common use of Personal leave to which Clause in Contracts

Personal leave to which. an employee may become entitled during the calendar year may be granted at the Employer's discretion before it is earned. An employee who is permitted to anticipate such leave and who subsequently terminates employment shall reimburse the Employer for those days of personal leave used but not earned.
