Personal LOA of Ninety (90) workdays or more. When a regular employee has been 25 granted a personal leave of absence, the duration of which is expected to be ninety (90) 26 workdays or more, the assignment will be considered open and put up for bid and will be 27 posted per Section 10.8. Upon return of the regular employee from a leave of absence 28 exceeding ninety (90) workdays, he/she will be eligible to bid on any new or open assignments 29 without loss of seniority.
