Personal Plans. (1) To the extent practicable, the parties shall exercise parenting time so as to avoid disrupting the Child/ren's regular school, athletic, religious, and recreational activities.

Personal Plans. The Renter acknowledges the scope of this rental agreement is solely for personal use. The Fees permits the Renter to a maximum distance of 80km a week. If the Renter exceeds this distance in any given week, Zoomo is entitled to charge $5 per km as an additional service fee (Excess Kilometre Fee). The Renter acknowledges that the Excess Kilometre Fee is indicative of the cost for Zoomo to service the Bikes beyond standard usage requirements. The Renter hereby agrees to pay Zoomo the fees associated with the plan (including any Excess Kilometre Fee) and any add-on accessories.

  • Additional Personal Leave Where paid personal leave credits are exhausted:

  • Personal Leaves 8.11.4.1 As approved by the Board, personal leaves without pay may be granted in cases of exceptional need for up to six (6) months. Each member of the bargaining unit who is regular full-time, in an active pay status, is eligible for ten (10) days of sick leave and three (3) days of personal leave annually. No member of the bargaining unit shall lose the accumulated allowance of unused days of sick leave/personal leave by reason of having been absent for a period without pay, nor shall the employee accumulate any additional days of allowance during the absence. Faculty members needing to use sick/personal days shall fill out the requisite forms according to official College procedures.

  • Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.
