Common use of Personal Property Damage Clause in Contracts

Personal Property Damage. An Employee's personal property, lost or damaged, as a direct result of delivering service to a client, shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of the Employer to a maximum of $750.00, subject to integration with one hundred (100%) percent coverage by Workers' Compensation Board provided that reasonable proof of the cause of such damage is submitted by the Employee concerned within a reasonable time of such loss or damage.

Personal Property Damage. 28.01 An Employee's employee’s personal property, lost property loss or damaged, as a direct result damage in the course of delivering service to a client, their work shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of the Employer to a maximum of seven hundred ($750.00700.00) dollars, subject to integration with one hundred (100%) percent coverage by Workers' Compensation Board ’ Compensation, provided that reasonable proof of the cause of such damage is submitted provided by the Employee employee concerned within a reasonable time of such loss or damage. Notwithstanding the above, should the Employer prove that an employee did not take reasonable security measure to protect the employee’s personal property, that employee shall not be eligible to have that property replaced or repaired by the Employer.

Personal Property Damage. Personal Property Damage. 35.01 An Employee's personal property, lost property loss or damaged, as damage by the action of a direct result of delivering service to a client, donor or volunteer(s) shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of the Employer to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($750.00500.00), subject to integration with one hundred (100%) percent % coverage by Workers' Compensation Board Board, provided that reasonable proof of the cost and cause of such damage is submitted by the Employee concerned within a reasonable time of such loss or damage.in writing to

Personal Property Damage. 41.01 An Employee's personal property, lost property loss or damaged, as damage resulting from the action of a direct result of delivering service to a client, patient or others while on duty shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of the Employer to a maximum of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00), subject to integration with one hundred (100%) percent % coverage by the Workers' Compensation Board Board, provided that reasonable proof of the cause of such damage is submitted by the Employee concerned within a reasonable time of such loss or damage.

Personal Property Damage. 36.01 An Employee's personal property, lost property loss or damaged, as damage by the action of a direct result of delivering service to a client, donor or volunteer(s) shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of the Employer to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($750.00500.00), subject to integration with one hundred (100%) percent % coverage by Workers' Compensation Board Board, provided that reasonable proof of the cost and cause of such damage is submitted by the Employee concerned in writing to the Human Resources Representative within a reasonable time one (1) calendar week, except in extenuating circumstances, of such loss or damage.
