Common use of Personal Right Clause in Contracts

Personal Right. The provisions of this Section 29 are personal to Ciena Corporation and any Permitted Transferee that has assumed in writing all of Ciena Corporation's obligations under this Lease in its entirety, and may be exercised only by Ciena Corporation and such Permitted Transferee and not by any other assignee or other subtenant of Ciena Corporation.
