Common use of Personal Safety Clause in Contracts

Personal Safety. The School Committee shall take reasonable precautions to have a custodian or other person in the building during working hours to assure, whenever foreseeable, that an employee covered by this Agreement shall not be the sole occupant of a building, provided said employee has been required to work.
