Personal Support Workers (PSW). All full-time, part-time, or hourly publicly funded Personal Support Workers who (1) are hired by an Employer of Record, or who (2) are hired by a person with a mental illness; and (3) are providing personal support worker services through State Plan Personal Care for persons with developmental disabilities or mental illness, or services authorized through a Community Developmental Disabilities Program, Support Services Brokerage or Children’s Intensive In Home Services; and (4) for whom compensation is paid by Department of Human Services (DHS), Oregon Health Authority (OHA), or other public agency or contracted Fiscal Intermediary who receives public funds for this purpose.
