By by appointment, employees may - during normal business hours - review the contents content of their personnel file files in the presence of a representative of the CorporationCompany. Any employee may put into his/her personnel file, a letter of rebuttal of any documented action taken against said employee. Whenever any incident - whether favourable or unfavourable - occurs and a record of such is made by the Company, the employee will be furnished with a copy of said correspondence in order that they may have an opportunity to correct the record (if necessary).
