PERSONS WHO MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE a) The Vehicle may be hired and driven during the Term of Hire only by the persons specified as authorised drivers in the Rental Agreement, and only if they hold a valid driver’s licence, which must be presented to JUCY at time of collection of the Vehicle (‘Authorised Driver’). Only persons 18 years and over may be an Authorised Driver in respect of a Vehicle.
PERSONS WHO MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE. The vehicle may only be driven by the person(s) described on page 1 and only if each such person is at least 21 years of age and has held a full and valid driver’s licence for no less than 12 months. All Wendekreisen vehicles can be operated with a car licence valid to a tare vehicle weight of 3.5tonnes. The Hirer must ensure that the driver's licence is valid for the vehicle hired in this agreement.
PERSONS WHO MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE. 3.1 The Vehicle may be ridden during the Term of Hire only by those persons named in this clause, and only if they hold a current driver’s license appropriate for the Vehicle at the time when they are riding the Vehicle and comply in all other respects with this agreement.
PERSONS WHO MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE a) The vehicle may be driven during the period of hire, only by the names of the Authorised Drivers or the Hirer on the rental agreement and only if they are over 21 years of age at the time of this agreement and hold a current and valid full driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle, which must be presented to the Owner at time of pick up.
PERSONS WHO MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE a) The Vehicle may only be hired and driven by the persons specified as an authorised driver in the Rental Agreement, and only if: they hold a current and full driver’s licence appropriate for the Vehicle in English, which must be presented to JUCY at time of collection of the Vehicle (‘Authorised Driver’). Only persons 18 years and over may be an Authorised Driver in respect of a Vehicle. If the licence of an Authorised Driver is not in English it must be accompanied by an accurate English translation of the whole licence including any conditions. The translation must be provided by an NZ Transport Agency approved translator, dip- lomatic representative at a high commission, embassy or consulate or authority that issued the licence. Such translation must be provided to JUCY prior to collecting the Vehicle. An international driving permit or licence issued in accordance with a UN Convention on Road Traffic may be acceptable as a translation. An International driver licence or permit must always be accompanied by an original and current driver licence.

Customer agrees that the Vehicle may be driven during the Period of Use only by a Customer that: (a) is named as a Customer on Exhibit A, and has signed this Vehicle Loaner Agreement and Exhibit A; (b) holds a current valid driver's license appropriate for the Vehicle, legally authorizing Customer to operate the Vehicle (“legally authorizing” or similar term to mean in this Agreement, legally authorizing, without restriction or if with restriction, with a restriction that does not affect Customer’s legal authorization to operate the Vehicle provided under this Agreement), during the entirety of the Period of Use (c) has current and valid vehicle insurance (such term, as used in this Agreement, shall include automobile liability insurance covering death of or injury to other parties and damages to property of other parties) that covers Customer’s use of the Vehicle under this Agreement during the entirety of the Period of Use; and
PERSONS WHO MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE. The motorcycle may be driven during the period of hire only by the person’s named in this clause and only if they hold a current full motorcycle licence
