Persons with HIV/AIDS. The Contractor must have adequate PCP scheduling procedures in place to ensure that an appointment with a PCP or specialist must be scheduled within seven (7) days from the effective date of enrollment for any person known to the Contractor to be HIV positive or diagnosed with AIDS (e.g. self-identification), unless the enrollee is already in active care with a PCP or specialist.
