Pesticide Usage and Reporting. 1. Contractor shall submit Pesticide Usage Report(s) to OC Parks National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Coordinator at the end of each month summarizing the facilities treated, pests treated, pesticides used, pesticide application rates, man hours and equipment.
