Petition for Exemption. Any Member described in Section 10.1.3 may petition the Board for an exemption from Section 10.3. The Board may grant such petition only if it finds that such Member is unlikely to receive a transmission service request. The granting of such a petition will not relieve the Member from the requirement to provide non-discriminatory access pursuant to Section 10.2 if the Member receives a transmission service request. If a Member has been granted an exemption from the filing of an Open Access Tariff by a Local Regional Entity based on criteria equivalent to this Section, such Member will be exempt from Section 10.3 of these Bylaws without the filing of a petition unless the Board determines otherwise.

  • Request for Exemption Grantee may request written approval from Grantor for an exemption from Paragraph 21.2. Grantee acknowledges that Grantor is under no obligation to provide such exemption and that Grantor may, if an exemption is granted, grant such exemption subject to such additional terms and conditions as Grantor may require.

  • Credit for Experience A. Newly employed teachers will receive the equivalent year's credit for each year of experience.
