Common use of PETS Clause in Contracts

PETS. No pets are allowed on premises without written consent of the owner. Landlord charges a $250 non- refundable pet deposit for tenants approved for pets. There will be a $250 fine for any pets that are on the premises without landlord permission, even on the first offense. This includes pets that are just “visiting” or being temporarily cared for by Tenant. If granted permission a separate pet lease must be executed and all pets must be caged when tenant is not home. ________ Initials Sublet: Tenant agrees not to sublet said apartment OR ANY PART THEREOF without written consent from Green Street. A $150 subleasing fee is required prior to approving or preparing the sublease documentation.
