Property Restrictions. Zoning and similar restrictions on the use of, and easements, restrictions, covenants, title defects and similar encumbrances on, any Real Property or pipeline right-of-way that (i) do not materially impair the Company's use of the Real Property or pipeline right-of-way and (ii) are not violated by existing structures (including the pipeline) or current land use.

Property Restrictions. The SCHOOL DISTRICT may not resell, rent or lease the service or licensed material or use it in a service provider capacity; or access the service or use the licensed material to build a competitive service or product, or copy any feature, function or graphic for competitive purposes.
Property Restrictions. Tenant may apply to keep a pet at specifically designated properties. Unless Housing Services provides written permission to have a pet, Tenant shall not keep pets, with the exceptions of fish in tanks (maximum 5-gallon tank), in the Rental Property. This prohibition shall apply also to Tenant's Guest’s pets, regardless of the length of the visit. Tenant may not encourage the presence of domestic or wild animals by feeding or providing shelter. At its sole discretion, the University may terminate this Agreement if Tenant violates this provision.

Appropriate standards of dress and behavior will be observed at all times in the Licensed Space. c. All minors (children under the age of 18) involved in or attending the Event shall be under the care and supervision of an adult at all times while in the Licensed Space. d. All activities in the Licensed Space shall be conducted so as not to endanger any person or damage any property therein. e. All aisles, corridors, passages, vestibules, elevators, and stairways shall be kept free and clear of obstructions and shall not be used other than for ingress and egress. f. No alterations shall be made to the Licensed Space. g. No confetti, glitter, glue, or flammable tissue paper, crepe paper, or material for decorative purposes or any combustible liquid or substance or laser lighting equipment shall be used or permitted unless first been approved by MEMBER in writing. h. No candles are permitted in the Licensed Space. i. No carts, dollies or other equipment with metal casters are permitted in the Licensed Space or the surrounding premises. j. No smoking is allowed in or around the Licensed Space or the surrounding premises. k. No animals (except service animals) are allowed in or around the Licensed Space or the surrounding premises. l. No signs, messages or other materials may be posted, displayed, distributed, or announced in, on or adjacent to, the Licensed Space or surrounding premises without prior written approval of MEMBER. m. Outside audio-visual equipment such as projectors, etc., may not be brought into the Licensed Space. House equipment, with the exception of computers, must be used and operated by MEMBER personnel unless other arrangements are approved by MEMBER in writing. n. Any articles, exhibits, fixtures, materials, or displays of Licensee that have been previously approved by MEMBER shall be brought into or taken out of the Licensed Space only at such entrances as may be designated by MEMBER.
Property Restrictions. To the Sellers' Knowledge, except as set forth below and as set forth on Schedule 2.10(c) hereto, the Properties are not subject to any easements, rights of way, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, leases or other rights of occupancy, laws, ordinances and regulations affecting building use or occupancy or reservations of an interest in, or exception to or defect in title (collectively, "Property Restrictions"), except for (i) Property Restrictions imposed or promulgated by law or any Governmental Authority with respect to real property, including zoning regulations that do not and as a consequence of the transactions contemplated herein will not adversely affect the current use of the property, materially detract from the value of or materially interfere with the present use of the property, (ii) Encumbrances and Property Restrictions disclosed on existing title policies, commitments (and the documents listed as exceptions, therein), reports certificates of title, title opinions or current surveys (in each case limited to only those title policies, commitments (and the documents listed as exceptions therein), reports and surveys that were delivered or made available to the Buyer for review prior to the date of this Agreement, but excluding any monetary liens, vendors' liens, mechanic's and materialmen's liens, judgment liens and other third party monetary liens except as set forth on, or securing the debt listed on, Schedule 2.12(a)(ii)), (iii) any other item currently of record in the applicable land or comparable real property records that does not materially detract from the value of or materially interfere with the present use of the applicable Property, but excluding matters currently of record which are monetary liens, vendors' liens, mechanic's and materialmen's liens, judgment liens and other third-party monetary liens except as set forth on Schedule 2.12(a)(ii) but only if and to the extent identified in writing by the Buyer and received by the Sellers prior to 6:00 p.m. (local Boston, Massachusetts time) on Wednesday, February 17, 1999, and (iv) all obligations under the existing contracts and agreements entered into by the Acquired Companies and listed on Schedule 2.12(a) or not required to be disclosed on such schedule, including those mechanics', carriers', suppliers', workmen's or repairmen's liens and other Encumbrances, Property Restrictions and other limitations of any kind, if any, which, individually or in the aggregate, a...

Property Restrictions. PLS must have property use restrictions sufficient to prevent unacceptable exposures in place with regard to the affected properties before completely terminating extraction in the Western Area. PLS agrees not to sell or otherwise transfer title to any portion of the Xxxxxx Property before it reaches agreement with the DNRE on an acceptable property restriction for the Xxxxxx Property.

Property Restrictions. 1. For any after-hour issue relating to the Property (i.e., lighting, electrical, water, broken equipment, safety, or gate/bollard) please contact City Link at 000-000-0000. 2. If any type of amplification/music will be used, the Licensee must apply for and obtain a Sound Permit. This form is available online at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/Xxxxxxxxxxx/Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx/Xxxxx or from the Recreation & Parks Administrative Office, 000 X. Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000 (Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx Municipal Building). 3. Due to subsurface utilities, including water, sewer and electric lines, nothing shall be driven into the ground. If there is damage to any subsurface utility, all costs will be the responsibility of the Licensee. Any tape, signs, etc. must be removed, and the area is to be cleaned after the Event. The Licensee will be responsible for leaving the premises and all equipment in like condition as found. Failure to do so will result in the City assessing a clean-up fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per hour per personnel needed. 4. Do NOT deface the Property in any way. 5. Stay clear of trees and shrubs to avoid damaging them. Do not let children play in, on, or around trees or shrubs. 6. Provide a list of any and all apparatuses, equipment, etc. that will require electricity. 7. The use of flammable liquids or open flames is not permitted. Certain propane- fueled appliances are permitted with advance notice to and permission from the Recreation and Parks Department. Please confirm with Recreation and Parks Administration before igniting any flame in the Property. 8. Do NOT drive or park any vehicle(s) on the green areas. 9. Do NOT allow any commercial vendors on the Property. 10. Any signs used for the Event are subject to the approval of the Recreation & Parks Department prior to the Event. ALL signs must be removed immediately after the Event. 11. Licensee must abide by all procedures regarding event activity, the City of Winston-Salem Fire Codes, and the rules and regulations governing proper food handling and sanitation practices as outlined by the Forsyth County Health Department (000-000- 0000 x 3805).
