Common use of Pharmacists Only Clause in Contracts

Pharmacists Only. 55.4.1 Notwithstanding any other provision in this clause, a pharmacist who contracts an infectious disease in the course of their duties, and the same having been certified to by a medical practitioner approved by the institution shall receive full pay during the necessary period off duty up to but not exceeding a period of three months.
