Phase-In Planning. The Contractor shall provide a draft Phase-in Plan to the Contracting Officer for review and acceptance, as part of the Contractor’s proposal submission, which clearly delineates how the Contractor plans to phase-in personnel, equipment and material into ports of debarkation in Afghanistan. In addition, the Contractor’s Phase-in Plan shall describe how the Contractor will perform reception, staging, onward movement and integration of deploying personnel, equipment, and material in Afghanistan. The Government plans to incorporate the successful offeror’s Phase-in Plan into the resulting contract award. The current Aerial Ports of Debarkation (APODs) for Contractor planning and coordination are Bagram Airbase (OA1), Kabul Afghanistan International Airport (KAIA), and Kandahar Airbase (KDH), Kandahar. Additionally, other APODs may be available by the Government dependent upon task order requirements. The Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor employees, at all tiers, have all required documentation (i.e., Passports, Visa, etc), based on the category of employee, to enter into and work in the Country of Afghanistan. The Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor employees, at all tiers, receive all necessary Fitness for Duty, dental and medical screening, and vaccinations, based on the category of employee, to enter and work in the Country of Afghanistan (reference applicable Theatre Business Clauses in Section H). The Contractor shall be responsible for reserving spaces with a CONUS (Continental United States) Replacement Center (CRC) as soon as notified of the award of a task order requiring them to begin the deployment of personnel from CONUS.

If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Financial Planning The Employer will provide, or cause to be provided, continued access, for the remainder of the calendar year in which the Covered Termination occurs or for 60 days (if greater), to the financial planning services available to executive employees at the time of the Covered Termination.

  • Contingency Planning The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority shall ensure that there are contingency plans in place at appropriate levels for dealing with food related crises and incidents. The contingency plan shall be in line with Article 115 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and include arrangements for activation of the plan, establishment of a crisis team, communication and information, out of hours contacts and on call services. As part of these plans, the Official Agency will provide the Authority with contact points for both office hours and out of office hours contact for emergency and crisis situations. The Official Agency shall facilitate training of personnel in the operation and exercise of the contingency plans. Periodic review of the plans shall take place in consultation with the Authority. The Official Agency shall implement the agreed Inter-Agency Protocol for the Management of a Food Crisis and guidance on Management of Outbreaks of Foodborne Illness as per Section 1.19.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Discharge Planning If further care at home or in another facility is appropriate following discharge from the Hospital, Blue Shield will work with the Member, the attending Physician and the Hospital discharge planners to determine the most appropriate and cost effective way to provide this care.
