PHOTOGRAPH/INTERVIEW RELEASE AND INDEMNITY. The undersigned GRANT PERMISSION to be PHOTOGRAPHED, VIDEOED, RECORDED and/or INTERVIEWED in connection with the Activities. The undersigned understand that such photographs, videos, recordings and/or interviews may be used by HLSR for television, film, video, visual, graphic, printed and/or social media. The undersigned agree to RELEASE and INDEMNIFY HLSR for any Claims related to photographs, videos, recordings and/or interviews by the HLSR Parties and/or any media.

  • Release and Indemnification CLIENT hereby releases TAILGATE GUYS and agrees to indemnify and defend TAILGATE GUYS and save TAILGATE GUYS harmless from and against all suits, actions, damages, liability and expenses in connection with loss of life, body or personal injury or property damage (and each and all of them) arising from or out of any occurrence in and around the Site or any part thereof, or occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of CLIENT, its invitees, and guests.

  • Photographic Release Resident gives permission to Owner and Management, to use, without liability or remuneration, any photograph or photographic image taken of the Resident while participating in Building sponsored events, or while the Resident is in the common areas, public spaces, grounds, or offices of the Building.   • Photo and Video Release I authorize Growing Kids Learning Center and its owners, employees, or agents to photograph and record (video and audio) my child and use any photographs, video and audio recordings for any lawful purpose related to Growing Kids Learning Center’s business, including advertising and publicity. I understand that Growing Kids Learning Center will not associate the photographs or video or audio recordings with my child’s full name unless I first give written consent. Authorized Pick Up - Growing Kids Learning Center will only release my child to me or to a person that I name, using the check in and check out process provided by the center. Both I and any person whom I have named are responsible to inform a member of the Growing Kids Learning Center staff of my child’s arrival and departure. I will not share access codes, computer passwords, or other security measures with anyone unless I have written authorization from Growing Kids Learning Center in advance.
