Photo Permission. Participant and Parent hereby fully release and grant permission for the use of Participant’s image in any photographs, videos, sound recordings or other media containing an image of Participant (“Images”) made in connection with the Program. The Images may be used without restriction for the benefit of Villanova in any and all publications, in any form, and/or on the Villanova web sites, without further consideration, and Participant and Parent acknowledge Villanova’s right to crop or treat the Images at its discretion. Participant and Parent agree that all rights in such Images belong exclusively to Villanova University including, without limitation, the exclusive right to print, publish, display publicly, distribute and sell drawings or prints containing the Images throughout the world and the exclusive right to license, sell, distribute or otherwise dispose of any and all rights in the Images for the benefit of Villanova University.
Photo Permission. I hereby give permission to ABC Preschool and Daycare to use photographs of my child in educational publications and / or promotional materials. The children will not be identified by name in the photographs, although the name of the school might be mentioned. Please sign below and then initial each use for which you give your permission. Photo Permission. RLCC caregivers take photos for projects in the classroom and will be displayed in programs during their Pre-Kindergarten Graduation. RLCC will also use video and photos from the center for early education training and advertisement. Photo Permission. I/we understand that my child may be photographed while participating in the activities of Auburn Grace Community Church. I/we DO or DO NOT (CIRCLE ONE) give permission for a recognizable image of my child to be posted on the AGCC website or bulletin boards. I understand that a non-recognizable image, such as a group picture, may be posted.

I/we give permission for a recognizable image of my child to be posted on the Little Country Church websites, bulletin boards, LCC Facebook groups, or used in promotional materials. I understand that the Little Country Church will not include my child’s last name or any identifying information. I understand that a non-recognizable image, such as a group picture, may be posted as well.

I give permission for my child’s photo to be used in the school’s website and Facebook pages or newspapers, provided his or her name is not printed and on the understanding that most photo’s will be group shots taken during the school day, on excursions or at fun school events held during the year.
Photo Permission. We take pictures of the children often during the school day. Sometimes, we may use these pictures for publicity, by putting them in the Temple Bulletin or in the Community News. Photo Permission. During daycare hours photos may be taken for art projects, to hang in the daycare, or to be put up on the website. All photos will be respectful and will not be used in any ways to cause harm. If you do not wish for your child(ren)'s picture to be taken please make a note of this before signing and inform us.
Photo Permission. From time to time, gardeners, the Garden Manager and the media will take photos of the garden. (You must submit a photo of you and your gardening partner for posting on roster located inside the shed.)
