Photo and Video Release. I hereby give Silver Icing and its agents or assigns a non-exclusive license to use, for any purpose, photographs or videos submitted by me to Silver Icing. Silver Icing may use any photographs or videos taken of me at a Silver Icing event for any purpose. I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, videos, advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the eventual use that the photographs or video may be applied.
Photo and Video Release. I authorize Growing Kids Learning Center and its owners, employees, or agents to photograph and record (video and audio) my child and use any photographs, video and audio recordings for any lawful purpose related to Growing Kids Learning Center’s business, including advertising and publicity. I understand that Growing Kids Learning Center will not associate the photographs or video or audio recordings with my child’s full name unless I first give written consent. Authorized Pick Up - Growing Kids Learning Center will only release my child to me or to a person that I name, using the check in and check out process provided by the center. Both I and any person whom I have named are responsible to inform a member of the Growing Kids Learning Center staff of my child’s arrival and departure. I will not share access codes, computer passwords, or other security measures with anyone unless I have written authorization from Growing Kids Learning Center in advance.
Photo and Video Release. Per Section 2.c. of our Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that Kinuu may photograph or video record program participants. Kinuu may share this information with its affiliates, agents and business and research partners in conjunction with our Privacy Policy for continued research and development initiatives to help improve the content and functionality of our program. You also agree that Kinuu has the right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of program participants on Xxxxx.xxx, printed publications, multi-media publications, the internet, social media sites on other web sites and in any other distribution media without compensation to you and in accordance with Kinuu’s Privacy Policy.
Photo and Video Release. I agree to allow Sunset Acres to use my pet’s name and any images or videos taken while he/she is in the care of Sunset Acres, in any form or format, for use, at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials.
Photo and Video Release. As a public event, media, patrons, Licensor, and the public itself will be taking photos and video. By participating as an Exhibitor, or purchasing a ticket, or attending the Event you are granting permission for your likeness to be in Event representation, including but not limited to permission for use of images containing Exhibitor’s branding, equipment, or representatives to be captured, stored, and/or displayed by Event attendees, including representatives of Licensor. You further agree there will be no compensation given for use of such images, including those of Licensee’s branding, equipment, or representatives.
Photo and Video Release. I agree to allow The Luxy Pet Hotel to use my pet’s name and any images or videos taken while he/she is in the care of The Luxy Pet Hotel, in any form or format, for use, at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials.
Photo and Video Release. We love to post pictures and videos on Facebook, our website, and/or in magazine ads. Owner agrees to allow Paw Purs Place at Mile Creek to use Owner’s pet’s name and any images or likeness of Owner's pet taken while he/she is at Paw Purs Place in any form, for use at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials without compensation, and Owner releases to Paw Purs Place all rights that Owner may possess or claim to such image, likeness, recording, etc.
Photo and Video Release. Pet’s at Daycare and/or Boarding at CHAH may be viewed on our website. Log onto xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and click on Webcams. Due to high volume of boarding pets, excessive barking, or incompatibility with other guests, your pet’s scenery may change without notice. Not all boarding rooms or daycare play yards have web cameras and your pet may not be viewable. Webcams are a free, additional service for luxury boarding and daycare. On occasion, due to security settings, bandwidth, firewall, and circumstances beyond our control, minor interruptions may occur to this service. COMPENSATION FOR THESE INTERRUPTIONS IS NOT AVAILABLE. By using the services offered by CHAH, you agree to allow CHAH to use any image or video of me, my Pet’s, and my property with or without my name or my Pet’s name, for any lawful purpose, including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, trade, promotional material, and web content. This provision is binding on you, and all of your successors, heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
