Photographic Materials. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall make gallery proofs available through an online gallery proofing website or through an in-person ordering session. These proofs shall be available to the Client within 2-3 weeks of the session. If an online proofing gallery delivered, it shall remain open for 120 days from delivery. If the Client requests to extend the time or reopen the online proofing gallery, a $20 un- archival fee shall apply.

If an online proofing gallery delivered, it shall remain open for 90 days from delivery. If the Client requests to extend the time or reopen the online proofing gallery, a $50.00 un-archival fee shall apply.

The Photographer shall make proofs available through an agreed upon in-‐ person Premier Reveal & Ordering Session appointment. These proofs shall be available for viewing by the Client within 1-‐2 weeks of the photographic event. All orders shall be placed during the in-‐person Premier Reveal & Ordering Session appointment.

The Photographer shall make proofs and previews available to the Client for the purpose of selecting photographs, but such proofs and previews shall be on loan and, if they are not returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt by the Client, shall be charged to the Client at the same rate as finished prints of the same size. The Photographer may, with the Client’s permission, make the proofs available on a Web site or CD-ROM.

When the online gallery is delivered, it shall remain open for 365 days from delivery date. Be advised that RAW files may be destroyed at any time after the online gallery has closed.

CAPTURING LIGHT IBIZA shall provide the client with usable images, but without a copyright release form CAPTURING LIGHT IBIZA cannot provide original RAW files. Release of the full copyrights starts from 2000€.

The Photographer shall provide a link containing digital photograph files available to the Client for download. The link containing digital files belong to the Client. The files contained therein belong to the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Photography Photographer(s).

The Studio will make a good faith attempt to back up and preserve all purchased photographic materials for the life of the Studio.
