Physical Education. An employee shall advance from Trades Helper A2 to Trades Helper A3 after one (1) year of satisfactory service in the job classification of Trades Helper A2. However, the College in its discretion may advance a Trades Helper A2 to Trades Helper A3 at any time after six (6) months, but less than one (1) year of such service, provided that this matter shall not be subject to the grievance procedure or arbitration.
