Physical Education. A. Physical Education committee to study elementary physical education programs, the development and utilization of instructional staff, materials and equipment used in the program, with the object of recommending to the CEO and the Board better ways to deliver services to students. The Physical Education committee shall be made up of three (3) certified Physical Education members designated by the Union and three (3) members by the Board. The committee shall begin on October 1, 1998 November 1, 2017 and end on July 1, 1999 July 1, 2018. Dates may be extended by mutual agreement. The committee shall reconvene every other year. B. Transfers of Physical Education teachers shall be limited in frequency. The provisions in Article 7.7
