PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS. 1. Any employee shall have the right to submit suggestions regarding physical working conditions to their supervisor or to raise any concerns regarding health or safety issues with their supervisor, and shall be entitled to a response within a reasonable period of time. Such concerns may also be submitted to the Health and Safety Committee. 2. A College may significantly alter an employee's physical working conditions only after first giving the Federation notice and an opportunity to bargain.
