PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS. 1. Any employee shall have the right to submit suggestions regarding physical working conditions to their supervisor or to raise any concerns regarding health or safety issues with their supervisor, and shall be entitled to a response within a reasonable period of time. Such concerns may also be submitted to the Health and Safety Committee.
2. A College may significantly alter an employee's physical working conditions only after first giving the Federation notice and an opportunity to bargain.
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS. Section 16.1: Each employee covered by this agreement shall be provided by the County with adequate office equipment and supplies.

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS. 9.1 The Board agrees to make every effort to maintain health and safety conditions at each school site in compliance with applicable statues and/or regulations. Teachers shall not be required to work under unsafe conditions as determined by proper regulatory authority.
9.2 In each building, the Board shall provide adequate teaching facilities, including clean and sanitary restrooms and teacher work areas at each school site. As soon as possible, teachers shall have access to a private telephone in the workroom at each site to conduct school business. Amended 5-2012
9.3 The Board agrees to make every effort to upgrade facilities as finances permit.
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS. 14.1 It is agreed that the following infrastructure standards should be met:
(a) Access for Full Time Specialists to workstations, telecommunication and information technology capable of ensuring administrative and similar work can be accomplished efficiently;
(b) 24 hour access to the library and all of its resources;
(c) Reserved car parking paid for by Southern Health and available for a Full Time Specialist on call and recalled. The parking spaces must be well lit and in a secure place within 200 metres from the front door of the site main entrance;
(d) Access for Full Time Specialists to Internet and e-mail facilities for work purposes;
(e) Availability of an office for Full Time Specialists for private discussion with patient’s relatives;
(f) Access for Full Time Specialists to a security escort at night.
14.2 Where this is currently not the case Southern Health, DHS and the AMA/ASMOF will consult to discuss how quickly the situation can be remedied within available capital funding budgets.
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS. The parties concerned acknowledge that full compliance with all the agreed environmental standards laid down in the agreement aim to ensure a safe, healthy working environment for all staff. Where variations to the standards are required negotiation/consultation should take place with TIASA.
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS. 19.1 It is agreed that the following infrastructure standards should be met at all Health Services:
(a) access to workstations, telecommunication and information technology capable of ensuring administrative and similar work can be accomplished efficiently;
(b) 24 hour access to library and all of its resources;
(c) reserved car parking paid for by the Health Service and available for a Doctor on on-call and recalled. The parking spaces must be well lit and in a secure place within 200 metres from the front door of the Health Service main entrance;
(d) access to Internet and e-mail facilities for work purposes;
(e) office available for private discussion with patient’s relatives;
(f) access to security escort at night.
19.2 Where the above is currently not the case, the parties will consult to discuss how quickly the situation can be remedied within available capital funding budgets.
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS. It is the responsibility of the District to maintain physical conditions in and around the school buildings so as to provide a comfortable, healthful and safe educational environment.
SECTION A. There shall be separate lavatories for male and female personnel in each main school building.
SECTION B. There shall be a teachers' lounge in each building containing chairs, tables, and proper lighting facilities. A telephone shall be available in the lounge or adjacent to the lounge for "professional calls". Personal and Association business calls are not "professional calls". Such calls shall be made at the expense of the individual or the Association.
SECTION C. There shall be a workroom in each building with adequate equipment and supplies to aid in the preparation of instructional material.
SECTION X. Xxxxx to the first day of school, the supplies and material needed in instruction should be available to the teacher in his/her classroom. Throughout the school year, supplies will be available in sufficient quantity and quality to enable the teacher to perform his/her functions well. In the event of an austerity budget, this section shall not be applicable.
SECTION E. A teacher shall have his/her own desk and chair in the building in which the major assignment is made.
SECTION F. There shall be provided by the school district sufficient parking facilities in the immediate vicinity of each school building. These facilities, including walk areas, shall be cleared and maintained.
SECTION G. There shall be no unnecessary interference in, nor disruption of, classroom instruction.
SECTION H. It is the intent of the parties to this agreement that the following facilities are provided:
Item 1. Lunchroom facilities separate from student facilities for the faculty and staff in each building.
Item 2. Space in each classroom in which teachers may safely store instructional supplies and materials. Teachers shall be provided with a secure cabinet or drawer in their classroom.
Item 3. Equipment and facilities necessary for proper instruction. In the event of an austerity budget, this item need not be applicable, at the discretion of the Superintendent. In case it is found impractical to provide such facilities under existing conditions, the District

(a) Access for Medical Practitioners to workstations, telecommunication and information technology capable of ensuring administrative and similar work can be accomplished efficiently;
(b) 24 hour access to the library and all of its resources;
(c) Reserved car parking paid for by the hospital and available for a Medical Practitioner on call and recalled. The parking spaces must be well lit and in a secure place within 200 metres from the front door of the Hospital main entrance;
(d) Access for Medical Practitioners to Internet and e-mail facilities for work purposes;
(e) Availability of an office for Medical Practitioners for private discussion with patient's relatives;
(f) Access for Medical Practitioners to a security escort at night.
