Physician Duties. Proactive shall arrange for Physicians to (i) provide oversight of the Clinicians and other Clinic Team members that are assigned to the Clinic, as required in accordance with applicable law within the Territory; or (ii) provide DPC Services to Participants from time to time in a manner consistent with applicable professional standards.

  • Professional Duties Professional duties defined in this Article identify the responsibilities performed by full-time faculty. Duties specific to individual programs shall be determined by the supervising administrator.

  • Civic Duties An employee who is late for work as a result of duties as a volunteer fire fighter or licensed ambulance attendant or licensed rescue squad attendant, shall be granted use of annual leave and/or accrued compensatory leave to cover the period of lateness, provided that performance of said duties may be verified by the Employer.

  • CONTRACTOR DUTIES 5.1 The Contractor will perform the following duties in regard to any student data it obtains:

  • Adjunct Duties 9.2.1 The District and the Association recognize that teachers participate in adjunct duties.
