Physician Examination. The Employer may require an employee to take an examination, conducted by a licensed physician, or psychologist selected by the Employer to determine the employee's physical or mental capability to perfo1m the duties of the employee's position. If found not qualified, the employee may be placed on sick leave or disability leave. The cost of the examination shall be paid by the Department.
