Common use of Physician Examination Clause in Contracts

Physician Examination. The Chief may require an employee to take an examination conducted by a licensed physician, to determine the employee's physical and mental capability to perform the duties of the employee's position. If found not qualified, the employee may be placed on sick leave or injury leave. The cost of such examination will be paid by the City.
