Pick Up Fees. If You do not return a rented Vehicle to the Service Area as provided herein (including, without limitation, in the event You deactivate the Vehicle on private property, a locked community, or another unreachable area), and request that the Vehicle be picked up by Veo, Veo may, at its sole discretion, charge You a pickup fee up to $120. If any Vehicle rented through Your Account is abandoned (i.e., You do not timely deactivate Your rental of a Vehicle), You will be responsible for all fees incurred with respect to such Vehicle until it is recovered and deactivated, plus a service charge (currently $120.00) to recover the Vehicle.

If You are unable to return any Vehicle to a valid area (i.e., You deactivate a Vehicle on private property, a locked community, and/or any other unreachable area), then Wheels, in its sole and absolute discretion, may charge You a pick-up fee up to $120. If any Vehicle accessed under Your account is abandoned without notice, You will be responsible for all fees until the Vehicle is recovered and deactivated, plus a service charge of up to $120, to recover the Vehicle.

If you are unable to return an eBike to the appropriate HADCO location and request that the eBike be picked up by HADCO eBike Lending Library staff, HADCO, at its sole discretion, may choose to charge you a pick-up fee up to $100. If any eBike rented under your name is abandoned without notice, you may be responsible for a pick-up fee plus any applicable travel time and fuel costs for HADCO to recover the eBike.

Pick Up Fees. If the Rider is unable to return a Vehicle to a Yulu Zone, then the Rider may request that the Vehicle be picked up by Yulu staff, Yulu, at its sole discretion, may choose to charge the Rider a pick-up fee as per the tariff card on the Application. If any Vehicle accessed under the Rider’s account is abandoned without providing any notice, then the Rider will be responsible for all ride charges until the Vehicle is recovered and deactivated, plus a service charge (currently, a maximum of INR 1,000) to recover the Vehicle. Pick Up Fees. Customers are charged each time the container is picked up and taken to the landfill. Pick-up charges vary by container size. If the container is picked up two or more times in a month, the rental charge associated with that container is waived. Pick-up days must be scheduled prior to 3 p.m. at least one day in advance of requested pick-up date. There is no same-day service for delivery of containers or container pick-up requests. No weekend pick-up service is provided. Calling one day in advance does not guarantee that the container will be picked up on the requested date. An additional charge of $56.55 will be added to your bill if the container is blocked or overloaded when pick-up is requested. An additional fee of $24.87 per 15 minutes will be assessed for pick-up driver waiting time. A minimum monthly charge, equal to one month’s rental fee plus one pick-up fee, is assessed per calendar month when no pick-ups occur.
