Damage Fees. Representatives of Client and CAC will inspect the premises after the Event for damage. CAC will identify any damage to CAC premises for which Client is responsible under this Agreement. CAC will arrange for repair or replacement of such damaged property at Client’s expense (the “Damage Fees”).
Damage Fees. In the event of damage to an iPad or laptop, district policies and practices require a charge be assessed to cover the repair or replacement cost of the device. The fees described below are based on use of a UCS-provided device and any damage to it, whether accidental or intentional, after it has been issued to the student.

Damage Fees. Owner of property will be held responsible for any damage done to HSR equipment due to objects such as logs, yard tools, snowmobiles, or any other unknown object or unmarked obstacles in plowing paths. If any of these obstacles are hit at any time while plowing your driveway a $40 damage fee will be assessed at the discretion of HSR. This fee will vary based on time and situation. Damage Fees. The University will assess damage charges for unauthorized use of and alterations to rooms, furnishings, equipment, buildings and for excessive cleaning necessitated by improper care of rooms and equipment. Charges may also be made for damages or the costs of cleaning public areas necessitated by improper care of public areas and associated equipment. All residents of a corridor, section, or hall will be held responsible for equal portions of the total damage/excessive cleaning charges to public areas when a specific student or students cannot be identified as responsible. Similarly, all occupants of a particular room will be held responsible in equal portions of the total damage/excessive cleaning related to a specific room, unless evidence demonstrates that a specific student is responsible. Cleaning and damage charges will be billed to the responsible student(s).
Damage Fees. Damage to the facility/table/chairs etc.: Replacement cost for banquet chair is $25.00 and replacement cost per table is $140.00. Fees for any marks, dents or holes to the walls, or other damage to the facility will be calculated at the market rate for repairing the damage.

Damage Fees. PAETEC shall pay any reasonable costs associated with any damage caused to the ROW or public property Tempe City Code Section 29-19.
Damage Fees. Residents are responsible for costs for breakage, damages in their rooms, loss of College property, failure to properly check out, and damages that occur in public areas of their residence unless the damage can be attributed to specific individuals or groups. Residents receive itemized statements of any charges assessed to their accounts. Residents who cause excessive room or common-area damage (in excess of $150) may have their Housing Contract revoked and face additional conduct action.
