Pickup at Plant. Any driver and/or owner-driver dispatched to the factory to pick up a load of automobiles shall be paid at the appropriate rate per hour for all hours in the service of the Employer over and above the time allotted for loading. Any such compensation paid to an owner-driver is not to be deducted from his truck earnings.
